GREAT IDEA - DISAPPOINTED IN MOST ALL ELSE - SORRY TO SAY

DISAPPOINTED AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. FIRST IT IS NO LONGER SOLD BY BOSS...THEN OTHER VENDORS ARE SOLD OUT OR OVERPRICED. BOSS OFFERED TO HELP FIND SOMETHING LOCALLY THEN FOUND SOME IN HOUSE [?] BUT SHIPPED AN INCOMPLETE DEVICE WITHOUT MOUNTING HARDWARE. WHEN THEY 2ND SHIPPED THE MOUNTING HARDWARE, IT WAS NOT ONLY MISSING CRITICAL PARTS BUT THE BOLTS SENT WERE DIFFERENT SIZED [5.5" AND 5"] AND ARE TOO SHORT DESPITE MY ACTUALLY ASKING FOR THEM TO CHECK AND SHIP THE RIGHT SIZE. RESPONSE IS SLOW AS THEY DON'T SUPPORT THE PRODUCT BUT I AM LEFT WITH A $90 USELESS PART THAT I REALLY DO NEED. WHEN I CHECKED INTO MOUNTING THE JACK TO DEMO THE PROBLEM FOR BOSS, THE THIN PLASTIC GEAR PROTECTIVE COVER JUST FELL APART......UGH. I ASKED IF THEY COULD NOT GET THE RIGHT PARTS TO ME TO SEND A RETURN LABEL TO SHIP IT BACK AND REFUND THE MONEY (I DO REALLY NEED A JACK THOUGH). STILL WAITING SOME KIND OF RESOLUTION.
