Our History: Over Four Decades of Hydraulic Innovation
Boss Industrial's legacy is built on a deep foundation of precision engineering and hydraulic expertise.
Long before manufacturing complete power equipment, our founding roots began in 1980 as a specialized OEM manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic control systems — producing world-class hydraulic valves, gear pumps, and heavy-duty cylinders for professional equipment brands. We were among the earliest industry pioneers to engineer dedicated hydraulic control systems specifically optimized for log splitters.
With major capital investments and an expanded engineering team, our manufacturing footprint scaled significantly. Today, our advanced global manufacturing facilities span over 43,000 square meters (460,000+ sq. ft.), equipped with complete in-house capabilities including precision casting, robotic welding, advanced stamping, and automated finishing lines.
To bring factory-direct innovation, reliable supply chains, and dedicated service directly to the North American market, Boss Industrial, Inc. was established in 2011 in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Serving as our central hub for executive leadership, product development, logistics, sales, and warranty service, our Bolingbrook headquarters ensures fast order fulfillment and localized customer support.
