The new cylinder for my Boss 20 ton splitter arrived within a week with free shipping

The new cylinder for my Boss 20 ton splitter arrived within a week with free shipping. Installation was easy, asit'sa very basic machine. My only problem is having to pay $382 to replace an expensive part after only two years (actual use only 10 cords worth of firewood). Faulty manufacturing should be covered.

16 ton log splitter cylinder

Purchased the ram cylinder to replace the original that developed a crack in one of hydraulic supply line welds. The replacement cylinder hydraulic line fittings do not line up with the selector valve fittings, 1/4” too far apart. Called boss, was told they were having a large amount of calls and to email them which I did, still waiting 1 week later. Customer service non existent as many reviews on line have said, very disappointing. Never again with boss

Splitter Valve Lever

Reasonable price, shipping and service. Bought straight lever to replace hooked lever on DR Splitter. The hooked lever chronically loosened. The straight lever should resolve.
