Log splitter great. Customer service horrid.

The log splitter is an excellent piece of equipment that works great. I had Lowe’s assemble my log splitter but they did a poor job by leaving out a hydraulic o’rings and the hydraulic oil cap was missing its dip stick. I tried to contact Boss and left my phone number for callback several times but never received a callback. Shame on Boss. I finally figured out how to order parts online and received them quickly. Kudos for Boss.

We are truly pleased to hear that your log splitter is an 'excellent piece of equipment that works great' and that the parts you ordered arrived quickly. Your satisfaction with our product and our parts delivery speed is very important to us. However, we are deeply disappointed and sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the initial assembly at Lowe’s (missing hydraulic O-rings and the dipstick from the hydraulic oil cap) and, especially, for the inexcusable failure to return your multiple calls. We hold ourselves to a high standard of customer service, and we failed you in this instance. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The delays in communication were absurd. I will never buy a Boss product again and will go out of my way to advise anyone not to buy a Boss product.
